18th Asian Games 2018 Jakarta – Palembang Ceremonies

Worked for the Technical Department responsible for scenic, staging, lighting, audio & venues for the Asian Games. Assisted the Technical Producer, tracking payments, procurement & milestones, NDA’s, approvals, supporting Production Managers with day to day admin requests such as timesheets, compiling procurement packs, logging petty cash, liaising with local and international contractors. Working closely alongside other functional ceremonies departments such as Finance, Accreditation, HR, Accommodation & Visa’s.

FiveCurrents is the world’s premier creator of live global content & produced 18th Asian Games 2018 to be held on 18th August to 2nd September 2018 hosted at Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium.s

FiveCurrents were behind capturing Indonesian characteristics & noticeable wonderful landscapes, presenting a 26 meter high mountain, waterfall, a cauldron/volcano & a stage with a length of 120 meters, a width of 30 meters. With over 4,000 dancers participating in the event.
